Because your relationship with food is a deeply personal one, more intensive Individual Therapy Sessions are also available. This option provides one-on-one time for the exploration of more complex issues that may be impacting your weight and quality of life such as binge eating, self-image, body image, depression or anxiety, and stress. 

Duke Diet and Fitness Center provides in-depth classes and group sessions where you’ll learn to: 

  • Recognize and address unhealthy behaviors such as emotional eating
