Our registered dietitians will teach you how to menu plan.

  • Conduct a thorough nutrition assessment to develop an understanding of your weight history, dietary needs and challenges you face at home
  • Collaborate with you to develop a meal plan that you enjoy and that safely and effectively supports your weight-loss goals 
  • Ensure your meal plan accommodates dietary needs, e.g. food allergies, vegetarian/vegan, celiac disease/gluten intolerance, Kosher and lactose intolerance
  • Check in with you each week to answer questions and help you address issues as you move through the program
Because our goal is to set you up for success, long-term, our program features classes and demonstrations that give you the food- and street-smarts to continue working toward your weight-loss goals at home.
